Bluepeak turns energy infrastructure for large-scale real estate owners and logistics players from a cost item into a value driver. As Energy & Real Estate Account Director, you own the client relationship: you build and deepen accounts with real estate investors, developers and asset managers, ensuring they see Bluepeak as the partner that translates energy infrastructure into NOI, cap rate and value creation. You combine commercial ownership with substantive depth: you speak the language of technology, the energy market and real estate finance yourself, building trust at senior level with clients and colleagues alike.
The Energy & Real Estate Account Director is responsible for the growth and deepening of Bluepeak's client portfolio. He/she ensures that existing clients get more value from Insights, Implementation and Energy Asset Management, and that new accounts are opened with real estate investors, developers and asset managers, drawing on substantive authority over energy infrastructure expressed in real estate financial terms.
The Energy & Real Estate Account Director reports to the COO and works closely with the leads of Insights, Implementation and Energy Asset Management. For key accounts, he/she is the primary commercial owner and the point of contact at the intersection of energy and real estate.
Building and managing a portfolio of key accounts with real estate investors, developers and asset managers
Identifying and developing new commercial opportunities within existing and new client relationships, across the three service lines
Leading the substantive conversation with clients on how energy infrastructure contributes to NOI, cap rate and value creation
Translating technical energy analyses (yield, capacity, grid congestion, PPA structures) into commercial propositions and client decision-making
Negotiating and closing new assignments and contract renewals, in line with Bluepeak's independent positioning
Identifying client needs and translating them into concrete proposals, together with Insights, Implementation and Energy Asset Management
Representing Bluepeak in discussions with real estate investors, asset managers and financiers on the business case for energy assets
Actively contributing to Bluepeak's proposition, market approach and growth from a client perspective
A growing, deepening portfolio of key accounts with real estate investors and developers
Demonstrable revenue growth within existing client relationships through cross-selling between Insights, Implementation and Energy Asset Management
New client relationships with parties that do not yet structurally assess energy infrastructure on value
Clients who see Bluepeak as their first point of contact and trusted partner at the intersection of energy and real estate
A stronger position for Bluepeak with real estate investors and financiers as the party that connects energy and real estate finance
