You ensure Bluepeak is visible, recognisable and inspiring in the market, and that employees are proud of where they work. Purpose of the role
The Marketing & Communications Specialist translates Bluepeak’s identity and proposition into compelling content, campaigns and communications for clients, partners, investors and employees. He/she manages the website, LinkedIn and visual content, organises events, safeguards brand identity and actively contributes to a strong company culture from within.
Position in the organisation
The Marketing & Communications Specialist reports to the CCO and works closely with the Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist.
Core responsibilities
External communications & positioning
● Managing and developing Bluepeak’s website: content, structure and appearance
● Managing Bluepeak’s LinkedIn page: content planning, publications, engagement and reach growth
● Activating employees as Bluepeak ambassadors on social media
● Safeguarding a consistent and distinctive brand identity across all external communications
● Contributing to SEO and online visibility of Bluepeak
Content & storytelling
● Translating what Bluepeak does into inspiring stories: client cases, thought leadership and news items
● Producing and managing professional visual content: photography, video, infographics and visual expressions
● Creating and maintaining a content calendar and campaigns
Events & PR
● Organising and coordinating partner events, client gatherings and trade fairs — from concept to execution
● Supporting PR and press contacts
Internal communications & culture
● Managing internal communications: newsletters, team moments and onboarding materials
● Actively embedding Bluepeak’s core values Trust, Quality, Curiosity and Ownership through internal campaigns and communications
● Contributing to a strong company culture in which employees recognise themselves in who Bluepeak is and what it stands for
Client satisfaction
● Setting up and conducting client satisfaction surveys
● Analysing outcomes and feeding results back to the organisation
● Contributing to improving the client experience based on insights
Organisational contribution
● Actively contributing to the growth and development of Bluepeak, beyond one’s own role, and where needed stepping in, taking initiative or sharing knowledge to help the organisation move forward faster
