As Business Developer, you are the face of Bluepeak to the outside world: you build relationships, develop your own client portfolio and win assignments by combining your knowledge of both commercial real estate and the energy market. About Bluepeak

Bluepeak is an independent energy asset manager for commercial and logistics real estate in Europe. We help real estate developers, investors and building owners operate energy infrastructure as a business: optimal investment, generating returns, reducing risk and attracting tenants. Technology and vendor independent — always in the financial interest of the client.

 Our team consists of dedicated professionals with deep expertise in energy, real estate and commerce. We operate at the intersection of technology and business development and hold ourselves, as well as the parties we work with, to high standards.

  

Bluepeak provides three services:

●    Insights – independent analysis of grid capacity, optimal asset dimensioning and investment returns

●    Implementation – end-to-end project delivery, technology and vendor independent

●    Energy Asset Management – commercial and operational management of the energy assets and all contracted parties, supported by our real-time platform

 

Purpose of the role

The Business Developer independently builds a client portfolio within the Dutch market, focused on large-scale commercial real estate and logistics players with a (partly) international profile. You sell Insights, Implementation and Energy Asset Management, maintain relationships at decision-making level and actively contribute to the commercial and organisational growth of Bluepeak.

 You work closely with Bluepeak’s CCO & co-founder.

 

 Key responsibilities

●    Independently building and maintaining a client portfolio within large-scale commercial real estate and the logistics sector

●    Identifying and approaching new clients and opportunities in the Dutch market

●    Maintaining relationships at decision-making level with clients with a (partly) international profile

●    Contributing to the preparation and content of proposals and commercial processes

●    Coordinating with the Operations team on the handover and delivery of won assignments

●    Attending partner events and commercial gatherings as a representative of Bluepeak

●    Collaborating with and learning from the CCO

●    Actively contributing ideas on the growth and development of Bluepeak — beyond your own role as well
