As Project & Implementation Lead, you are the independent director of that process: you help the client find the right solution and partners, guide the entire process and ensure the end result delivers on what Bluepeak has promised. Purpose of the role
The Project & Implementation Lead independently guides clients in adding and optimising energy assets — from PV systems, BESS and EMS to charging infrastructure — with the aim of achieving optimal operation through the Bluepeak Energy Asset Management platform. He/she translates sales trajectories into execution, selects and negotiates with implementation partners through tenders, guides clients in technical decisions and steers on KPIs, budget, progress and quality.
Position in the organisation
The Project & Implementation Lead reports to the COO and is the connecting link between sales, operations and the client.
Core responsibilities
● Translating sales trajectories into concrete implementation plans in close collaboration with sales
● Independently guiding clients in finding the right solution and partners for adding or optimising energy assets
● Advising on and supporting grid connections, coordination with grid operators and issues around grid congestion and curtailment
● Preparing and executing tenders for the selection of implementation partners
● Negotiating with partners and contractors on scope, planning, quality and price
● Monitoring KPIs, budget, progress and quality throughout the entire implementation process
● Acting as primary point of contact for the client during the implementation phase
● Actively managing the client relationship and client satisfaction from start to delivery
● Identifying and managing risks, deviations and escalations in a timely and proactive manner
● Ensuring a smooth handover to operations and the Energy Asset Management platform after delivery
● Actively contributing to the growth and development of Bluepeak, beyond one’s own role, and where needed stepping in, taking initiative or sharing knowledge to help the organisation move forward faster
